2008 Acquisition of Ultrasort Pty. Ltd., Sydney,  Australia by Tomra Systems ASA, through its fully owned subsidiary TITECH AS. Both Commodas and Ultrasort have been active in the market for over a decade. The two companies, combined in a new alliance, are fast becoming the sole market leader.
